Review by hotel critic

Upon arriving at Schloss Harkensee, I was greeted by the friendly owners who exuded hospitality. The room boasted high ceilings, offering a sense of grandeur, and was well-appointed with modern amenities like a dishwasher and refrigerator. Although spacious, the cost for an extended stay may be a consideration for budget-conscious travelers. The estate's beautifully manicured garden and Beach Club added a unique touch, providing a perfect spot to unwind with a refreshing drink. The tranquility of the location was truly a standout feature, offering a peaceful retreat from bustling city life. While the property's charm is undeniable, potential guests should be mindful of the costs associated with an extended stay. The balance between luxury and value may not be as favorable for longer durations, yet for a short escape, Schloss Harkensee offers a delightful experience.
